My 2 cents:
Jo Malone Vitamin E Lip Conditioner is the best lip conditioner that I've tired. I'm not that picky when it comes to lip care items, however I prefer one that coats the lips and lasts for hours. I usually apply it before doing my makeup and wipe it off before applying my lipstick. It's a bit pricey so it doesn't leave my vanity area ... EVER. I'm afraid if I put it in my makeup bag, the chances of me losing it will be greater. Just being honest, if this wasn't a gift, I couldn't say if I would ever own a lip care item that was over $7, but that's why I love my friend b/c she always think outside of the box and doesn't mind trying and recommending "The Best" things out there. Jo Malone has great products, if you have some extra money you should try this lip conditioner, you can't go wrong.
